STIBET-Scholarship

funded by the Federal Foreign Office Germany

DHBW Stuttgart offers a scholarship of a total amount of 2.100€ as part of the funding programme “STIBET I” offered by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and financed by the German Federal Foreign Office Germany.

The scholarship is limited to students from overseas countries (not EU). Applicants need to be studying at one of DHBW Stuttgart partner institutions to qualify for this scholarship.

Students receiving a scholarship from a different institution are excluded.

To apply for the scholarship, please hand in the following documents:

1. A motivational letter of 1 page (text in size 12), which includes the following information:
   • Academic performance so far, including the GPA of your last two semesters
   • Intercultural experience
   • Special interest in Germany as a place to study
   • What makes DHBW Stuttgart special, compared to other Universities in Germany?
   • Any other information that will support your application for a scholarship (e.g. voluntary work/experience)
      
2. Transcript of records proving your current GPA
3. Application form

Please send your application documents as PDF file to incoming@dhbw-stuttgart.de and use the subject “STIBET application_NAME”.

Application documents will not be checked before the application deadline. The applicant is responsible to hand in all needed documents in time and complete. Incomplete applications will automatically disqualify the applicant for the scholarship.

By applying for the scholarship, students automatically agree to DHBW processing their personal data for administrative purposes.
