Approaching Academic English - Workshop with Dr. Ronald Ng

The goal of this workshop is to expand your English vocabulary and oral interaction skills for your academic and practical work. In order to do so, we will analyze articles, exercise our writing skills, and role play scenarios necessary for practical work. Be prepared to have to use your English skills in all different ways in this 5 hour workshop.

You will be given a text to prepare when you sign up for the workshop. This should take around 60 minutes of your time. Details will follow on a later date.

Dr. Ronald Ng will lead the workshop. Having received his doctorate degree in philosophy in Canada, he then worked for several years as.a learning strategist at the Centre for International Experience at the University of Toronto. He has years of experience leading language training sessions for students and working professionals.
